Shipiing Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. During peak seasons such as holidays or promotional events it may take up to 3-4 business days for orders to be processed.

Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods for our customers to choose from including standard expedited and overnight shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Customers can view shipping options and costs during the checkout process.

Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping to all locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been processed and shipped. This tracking number can be used to track the delivery status of the package through the carriers website.

Delivery Time: Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days and overnight shipping takes 1-2 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather carrier delays or other issues beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate any delays to our customers and provide updated delivery estimates.

Shipping Restrictions: OMMO Apparel Wholesale reserves the right to cancel any order or delay shipping for any reason including but not limited to suspected fraud incorrect address information or product availability issues. We do not ship to P.O. boxes APO/FPO addresses or international locations.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.
