Return/ Exchange Policy

Thank you for your interest in OMMO. Below are the details of our Return and Exchange Policy:

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact.
  • All vendor tags must be attached to the items.
  • Final sale items of any price cannot be returned or refunded. Final sale items purchased above $25 are eligible for size-based exchanges.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Handbags and purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag.
  • Beauty and wellness products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal unbroken.
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy and will be subject to denial.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Make a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team for a return authorization number.
  • Package your items securely with a copy of your order invoice.
  • Affix your return label and drop off your package at any USPS location.

  • Affix your exchange label and drop off your package at any USPS location.

Denied Returns or Exchanges:

  • Items returned or exchanged outside of our policy timeframe will be denied.
  • Items that do not meet our Return or Exchange Policy criteria will be denied.

Return Shipping Charges:

  • Returns postmarked within the first 10 days of the delivery date qualify for free return shipping.
  • Returns postmarked after the first 10 days of delivery will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund amount.

Return Labels to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We provide return labels to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

Combining Returns from Different Orders:

  • We do not allow combining returns from different orders.

Multiple Exchanges:

  • We allow only one exchange per item.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

  • Refusing a package or if it is undeliverable, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returning a Non-OMMO Item:

  • We do not accept non-OMMO items for return or exchange.

Return Labels to US Territories:

  • We do not provide return labels to US territories.

Responsibility When Making a Return:

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring their return package arrives at our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
